Numelu is made for children, so the rule is simple: we do not collect personal data.

What we do not do

There are no accounts, no sign-up, no email addresses and no names. There are no ads, no analytics or advertising trackers, and no content loaded from other companies’ servers. We do not use cookies.

What stays on your device

Stars, levels, the typical mistakes shown on the “My stars” page, Numi’s colour and clothes, the sound setting and the language you chose last are saved in this browser’s local storage. This information never leaves the device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time with “Start over” on the “My stars” page or by clearing the site data in the browser.

The transfer code

The code for moving progress to another device is created in the browser and contains only the progress described above. It is not sent anywhere: you copy and paste it yourself.

Reading aloud

Tasks are read aloud by the speech function built into the device or browser. Numelu does not record sound and does not use the microphone.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting server keeps technical logs for a limited time: the IP address, the time of the request, the page address and the browser type. They are used only to keep the site working and safe, and are not combined with anything else.
